MAHGOUBSONS AGRICULTURAL COMPANY LTD. (MASA)

Started operation of cultivating sorghum and sesame on a farm of 6,000 acres in Gedarif (Eastern Sudan). In 1991 the Company was converted to a Limited Liability Company. This enabled the Company to own over 20,000 acres of prime land. The Company's agricultural activities, has now been extended to growing cotton and sunflower, with increased use of mechanisation and latest technology in agriculture.

JUDIA PROJECT FOR AGRICULTURAL AND ANIMAL PRODUCTION

Commenced operations in 1983 on 450 acres of irrigated land stretching along Blue Nile, South of Khartoum. The Company produces vegetables, fodder and wheat. It also breeds sheep and produces milk and fruits.
